This error is shown when you or someone else already created an account with that email.
  • If you remember your Rebit password, Login.
  • Otherwise, if you have access to that email inbox, instead of creating a new account, try to Reset your password.

In most cases, refreshing or reopening the page solves the problem.

Sometimes a poor internet connection or the use of a VPN may prevent reCAPTCHA from functioning properly.

If you know your current password: 

Sign in and use the password-change option available in Security tab of your Account settings.


If you cannot sign in:

  • Open the Rebit login page and select the Forgot Password option.
  • Enter the email address registered to your Rebit account.
  • Use the newest reset email to complete the steps.
  • Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.

If you no longer have access to your registered email or the reset continues to fail, contact support. Never share your password or one-time security codes.

No, each person needs to create and verify a Rebit account individually.

Your registered email is used for sign-in and security messages. If you no longer have access to it, contact support before creating another Rebit account.

Be ready to provide:

  • Your Rebit account ID, if available
  • The email address currently registered to the account
  • The new email address you want to use
  • Any identity information or documents requested to confirm ownership

For security, Rebit may need to verify that you own the account before updating any details. Never send your password or one-time security codes.

  • Check Caps Lock on your keyboard.
  • Make sure you are typing in English.
  • Check whether your browser autofill is suggesting an old or incorrect password.
If you have access to your email inbox, try to reset your password.
