What should I do if I no longer have access to my account email?
Your registered email is used for sign-in and security messages. If you no longer have access to it, contact support before creating another Rebit account.
Be ready to provide:
- Your Rebit account ID, if available
- The email address currently registered to the account
- The new email address you want to use
- Any identity information or documents requested to confirm ownership
For security, Rebit may need to verify that you own the account before updating any details. Never send your password or one-time security codes.
