A service fee is charged in some cases to cover banking fees.
The service fee is calculated based on the currency you pay in (the sending country) and the transfer amount. For example, transfers over $3,000 on some routes do not incur a service fee.

When placing an order, the Rebit platform automatically calculates your discount based on the transfer amount, so there's no need for an admin to apply the discount manually.
Simply enter the desired amount to receive special rates and tiered discounts based on transfer volume. A green box with the special rate will appear if the entered amount falls within the defined ranges.
To view different rate tiers, just click on the green bar or the icon next to 'Total to Pay'.
The options in this box allow you to apply the discount to your preferred currency (Toman, Dollar, etc.).
We send a status update by email once your order is complete.
If you need further details/documents, please find the email update with the subject ‘REBIT ABC123: Completed!’ and hit Reply. Write your request to [email protected].

Use the payment details shown for your current order. Copy these fields exactly:
- Code

Do not reuse bank details or a saved payee from an older order, because the payment account may change.
Avoid adding extra words. Use only the payment references displayed in Tracking > PAY NOW.
Check the latest route status before starting a new order. View the full list of currencies on the following pages:
If the route is inactive, contact support to ask whether you can join a manual waitlist.
If requested, provide:
- Your Rebit account email
- Amount and source currency
- Destination currency and country
- Recipient’s name and bank
- Reason for the transfer
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee that an order will be created, approved, or completed.
The estimated transfer time appears while you prepare the amount for a new order.
Check the estimate
- Open Rebit from the main menu.
- Select both currencies
- Find Transfer Time above the Continue button.
The displayed time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Verification checks, payment timing, weekends, holidays, or destination-bank processing may affect delivery.

You can cancel a transfer if you haven’t paid for it yet. That is when your transfer is still in ‘Awaiting approval’.
To do so, please go to your Transfer History tab; find your Transfer item and click on Cancel.
Please beware that cancelled orders will still consume from your monthly limit.
