Help & Support

Start a transfer from the Send Money page in your Rebit account.

Start a transfer

  1. Select the currencies you are sending and receiving.
  2. Enter either the amount you will send or the amount the recipient should receive.
  3. Review the exchange rate, fees, rewards, total to pay, and estimated transfer time.
  4. Select Continue, then choose or add the recipient.
  5. Check the order details carefully before submitting it.

For screenshots and a complete walkthrough, see the step-by-step Rebit guide.

Available routes can change, so check the live options in your Rebit account before planning a transfer.

  • Open Send Money to see the countries and currencies currently available for a new order.
  • Open Account > Limits to review active currency routes and their applicable limits.

If a route is not shown, it is not currently available for a standard online order.

Verification activates your account, but it does not create a transfer automatically.

Start your first order

  1. Open Send Money.
  2. Select the source and destination currencies.
  3. Enter the amount under You send or Recipient gets.
  4. Review the fees, rewards, offered exchange rate, total to pay, and estimated transfer time.
  5. Select Continue, then choose or add the recipient.
  6. Review all amounts, recipient details, and payment instructions before submitting the order.

You may also be asked to verify ownership of your bank account during your first order.

Whether an order can be changed depends on its current status.

Awaiting Approval, Payment Issue, or Transfer Issue

If the transfer has not been completed, open Transfer History and check whether the recipient can still be edited.

You Paid

The payment may already be processing. Contact support immediately, but a change cannot be guaranteed.

Done

The payment has already been registered and the completed order cannot be edited.

You can confirm the current status and any related bank transactions in Transfer History.

A service fee may apply to cover banking, payment-processing, and transfer costs for the selected route.

The amount depends on factors such as the sending currency, payment method, route, and transfer amount. Rebit shows any applicable fee and the total to pay before you submit the order, so review the calculation before continuing.

Rebit automatically calculates any available volume-based rate or discount when you enter a transfer amount.

  • Enter the amount under You send or Recipient gets.
  • If the amount qualifies for an offer, a green rate or discount box appears.
  • Select the box or the icon near Total to Pay to review the available tiers and how the benefit is applied.

Offers depend on the route, currency, and amount. Always review the final exchange rate, fees, and total before continuing.

Rebit sends an email when your order is completed. Keep that message as confirmation of the transfer.

If a destination payment receipt is available, follow How can I download the destination payment receipt?

If you need another document or further details, reply to the completion email from your registered address or contact [email protected] and include the order reference.

Use the payment details displayed for your current order in Tracking > Pay Now. Copy these fields exactly as shown:

  • Code
  • Particulars
  • Reference

Do not add extra words, reuse details from an older order, or pay a saved Rebit payee without checking the current instructions. The receiving account and references may change between orders.

Check Send Money for the latest route availability. If the currency pair is not shown, it is not currently available for a standard online order.

You can contact support to ask whether a manual waitlist is available. If requested, provide:

  • Your Rebit account email
  • The amount and source currency
  • The destination currency and country
  • The recipient’s name and bank
  • The reason for the transfer

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee that an order will be created, approved, or completed.

The estimated transfer time appears while you prepare a new order.

Check the estimate

  1. Open Send Money.
  2. Select both currencies and enter the transfer amount.
  3. Find Transfer Time above the Continue button.

The displayed time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Verification checks, payment timing, weekends, holidays, route availability, and destination-bank processing can affect delivery.

Rebit may ask for source-of-funds evidence when required by its compliance policy, banking partners, or the circumstances of a transfer.

Examples of supporting evidence

  • Bank statements showing the funds and corresponding payslips
  • A sale agreement for property or another asset, together with evidence of the proceeds
  • An Inland Revenue earnings summary or other relevant income record
  • Documents supporting savings, investments, a gift, or another stated source

Provide only the documents requested for your case. Rebit may ask for further information if the evidence does not clearly explain the source of the funds.

If a country or currency is not shown on the Send Money page, that route is not currently available for a standard online order.

You can request a new country or route. Rebit will review the request, but submitting it does not guarantee that the route will be added or provide a launch date.

Use POLi only when it is offered on the payment page for your current Rebit order. Payment options can vary by customer, currency, route, and transfer amount.

Pay safely

  • Start the payment from your Rebit order rather than from a link sent by another person.
  • Check the amount and order reference before approving the payment.
  • Never send banking credentials, passwords, or verification codes to Rebit support or through Telegram.
  • If POLi is unavailable or you prefer not to use it, choose another method shown on the payment page.

Contact support if the payment completes but the order status does not update within the expected time.

Rebit does not accept cash. The payment page shows the methods currently available for your order, which may vary by currency, route, transfer amount, and account availability.

Options may include direct bank deposit or POLi when available. Follow the instructions displayed for the current order.

Before paying

  • Pay from a bank account in the Rebit account holder’s name.
  • Use the receiving account and payment references shown for the current order.
  • Do not reuse an old saved payee without checking the new instructions.
  • Upload a receipt only when the order page or Rebit support asks for one.

If POLi is unavailable, return to the payment page and choose another method offered for your order, such as direct bank deposit.

Use only the bank account and payment references shown for the current order, and make the payment from an account in your name. Available methods can vary by currency, route, transfer amount, and account availability.

For more information, see What are the available payment methods? Can I pay by cash?

You can usually cancel an unpaid transfer while its status is Awaiting Approval.

  1. Open Transfer History.
  2. Find the relevant order.
  3. Select Cancel if the option is available.

A cancelled order may still count toward your monthly transfer limit. If you have already paid, the status has progressed, or no cancellation option is shown, contact support immediately. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
