What can I do if my transfer route is inactive?

If the route is inactive, contact support to ask whether you can join a manual waitlist.
If requested, provide:
- Your Rebit account email
- Amount and source currency
- Destination currency and country
- Recipient’s name and bank
- Reason for the transfer
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee that an order will be created, approved, or completed.
