What can I do if my transfer route is inactive?

Check the latest route status before starting a new order. View the full list of currencies on the following pages:

If the route is inactive, contact support to ask whether you can join a manual waitlist.

If requested, provide:

  • Your Rebit account email
  • Amount and source currency
  • Destination currency and country
  • Recipient’s name and bank
  • Reason for the transfer

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee that an order will be created, approved, or completed.
