Do I need to provide a source of funds when I receive money?
Rebit may ask for source-of-funds evidence when required by its compliance policy, banking partners, or the circumstances of a transfer.
Examples of supporting evidence
- Bank statements showing the funds and corresponding payslips
- A sale agreement for property or another asset, together with evidence of the proceeds
- An Inland Revenue earnings summary or other relevant income record
- Documents supporting savings, investments, a gift, or another stated source
