How can I provide proof of bank account ownership?
Rebit may ask you to confirm that a bank account belongs to you before it can be used for a transfer. This helps protect your account and allows us to meet banking and compliance requirements.
What document can I provide?
Please provide a bank-issued document that clearly shows:
- The account holder’s full name
- The bank name
- The bank account number
Suitable evidence may include a bank statement or an official proof-of-account or account-confirmation document downloaded from your bank.
Your account number is not the same as your card number. Please do not upload a photo of your bank card.
How can I upload the document?
Select the relevant bank account and follow the available prompt to upload your proof of account.
For your security, please upload the document through your Rebit account. Do not send bank documents or card images through Telegram.
The document will be reviewed by the relevant team. Providing a document does not guarantee approval, and we may request further information if required.
