What should I do when Verification shows Action Required?
Use these steps only when your account shows ACTION REQUIRED in Verification.
Complete the listed action
- Open Account and select the Verification tab.
- Read the specific action or document request shown on your account.
- If files are requested, open Additional Documents and select Attach file or Take photo.
- Add every requested file, then select Send file(s).
The required action depends on your account status and your recent orders.
Do not upload guessed or unrelated documents. Contact support if the instruction is unclear.
