Why was my verification document rejected?
Verification documents may be rejected when they are incomplete, unclear, expired, or do not match the details on your Rebit account.
Before uploading the document again, check that:
- The entire document is visible, including all edges.
- The image is clear, well lit, and free from glare.
- The document is current and is one of the types requested.
- Names, dates, and other details match your Rebit account.
- Both sides or all requested pages are included.
- An official or certified translation is included when requested.
