I have created an order, can I change recipient details or transfer amount?
Depending on the status of your orders, there will be different procedures for editing a Transfer request:
- AWAITING APPROVAL, PAYMENT ISSUE or TRANSFER ISSUE: If you have not proceeded with your payment yet, or you have paid but we couldn't complete the order yet, you should be able to edit your Recipient from your Transfers History.
- YOU PAID: If you have successfully paid, we're already making payment into your recipient's account. So, contact us immediately via Help & Support
- DONE: Sorry! We have already registered the payment into our banking system.
You can check the status of your order as well as pending/accepted bank transactions from your Transfers History.
