What are the available payment methods? Can I pay by cash?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept cash payments. Our service is fully based on online payments.
On the payment page, you'll be provided with the available payment methods based on the currency, size of your orders, and the availability of our accounts.

If your payment is in NZD and it's $300 or smaller:
  • Pay via Direct Deposit through your Internet banking app. This is not done via the Rebit website and we'll update your order once we received the funds.
  • Account number offered to you, ends with ****6177-01.
  • Make sure all the references are inserted for the Rebit statement.
  • Processing payments via this account may take 12 to 24 hours.
If your payment is in NZD and it's more than $300:
  • You can either pay with POLi:
    • You need your Internet Banking user/password for this method. For a step-by-step POLi guide please click here.
    • If you completed the POLi pay but money didn't debit from your account, please let us know via chat options. POLi technical issues are beyond our control but we'll assist you to complete your payment.
    • Your funds may arrive after 1 working day, but we start paying your recipient immediately in most cases based on POLi's notification.
  • or pay with Direct Deposit:
    • Account number offered to you ends with ****6862-00.
    • Make sure all the references are inserted for the Rebit statement.
    • Processing payments via this method may take up to 1 working day.
Regardless of the payment method, make sure funds are paid from an account under your name.
You do not need to send us a receipt screenshot unless we contact you or your payment is not approved within the mentioned window.
