I have created an order and it has “Awaiting approval” status, what does it mean?
When you create a new order, its status will show as 'AWAITING APPROVAL'.
For NZ customers, once you make your payment with POLi, the status will be updated to 'YOU PAID' instantly.
If you paid by other methods, your order status will be updated as soon as our operators receive your payment amount.
