How can I track my transfer or receive updates?
Log in to your Transfer History to view the latest updates on your order. Each order contains four sections of information:
- Details: Latest status, amount, exchange rate, and recipient details for your order
- Updates: A timeline of actions and status changes
- Your payments: A list of your transactions, including failed ones
- Our payments: A breakdown of our payments to the recipient’s account
