My order shows 'YOU PAID' status, what does it mean?

When your order status is shown as 'YOU PAID”, everything is on track. 
Your recipient will receive the transfer amount within the transfer time and the order status will be shown as 'DONE'. If transfer time is passed and you have not received the transfer amount, please contact us to get support.

* Transfer time varies based on where you are sending from/to. Transfer time is available when you are creating an order on the Send Money page.
